The patient journey is fragmented. Your decisions should not be.
Ad platforms record the click. Messaging tools record the conversation. The EMR records the visit and the payment. The clinic reads them separately; the patient walks one journey. FASXIA connects that journey.
Disconnected touchpoints
Web, ads, social, messaging and platforms each keep their own record.
Unverified conversions
The conversions a platform reports are not the visits and payments that happened.
Manual follow-through
Response, deposits, reminders and rebooking depend on someone remembering.
One operating system for the entire patient journey.
Five layers, from the patient touchpoint down to finance. The clinic owns the touchpoints and the data; FASXIA connects and operates on top of them.

Measure what the clinic actually earns.
FASXIA evaluates campaigns with first-party visits, identified patients, appointments, actual EMR revenue, and expected profit. Platform-reported ROAS is a reference—not the final verdict.

Keep your EMR. Connect the outcomes.
FASXIA does not replace the system of record. It is a neutral data and action layer that runs on top of the EMR, booking, advertising, messaging and payment tools the clinic already uses.

Sample conversation, written for this page. Not a real patient.
hey — i clicked the ad for the acne scar treatment. i've had rolling scars on my cheeks for years, is that something you actually treat?
- Seen 15:18
Hi — yes, we treat that. It's planned per skin type rather than as one fixed course. How long have you had them, and are you on any acne medication right now?
What the agent didMatched the ad she replied to, looked the treatment up in the procedure list, opened a patient record
about 6 years. nothing now, i came off doxycycline last year. can we move this to whatsapp? i open ig maybe once a week
- Patient moved channel · WhatsApp
Same conversation, just here now — I have your Instagram messages in front of me, so nothing to repeat. Are you travelling to Seoul, or based here?15:25
What the agent didMerged the WhatsApp conversation into the same patient record and carried the history across
Flying in from Singapore, I'm there 8–12 September. Anything free in the mornings that week?15:31
Mornings on the 9th and the 11th are open. I've held both for now — tell me which and I'll put the reservation through.15:31
What the agent didChecked the booking calendar and held two morning consultation slots
The 9th please. And what's aftercare like — will I be okay to fly home on the 12th?15:36
Booked for the 9th. I'm sending you the aftercare sheet in English. Whether you can fly on the 12th depends on the treatment plan, so I'm handing this to our counselor.15:36
What the agent didConfirmed the reservation, sent the English aftercare sheet, handed the thread to a human counselor
- Taken over by Minyoung Kim, head counselor·Agent paused
Hi — Minyoung here, head counselor. I'll take it from here. Honestly, I don't want to promise you anything about the 12th before our director has seen your skin.15:44
Minyoung Kim, head counselor
That's fair. Should I send photos?15:46
Please — two, in daylight, no filter, one straight on and one at an angle. I'll take them to the director tomorrow morning and message you after. Your 9th is held either way.15:47

Questions clinics ask first
What is FASXIA?
FASXIA is the AI operating system for cash-pay clinics. It connects every patient touchpoint to real revenue, turns that data into action, and adds financial infrastructure — deposits, payments, settlement — on the same layer, in stages.
Does FASXIA replace the EMR?
No. Your EMR, CRM and booking system stay in place as the system of record. FASXIA is the operating layer that connects ads, web, consultation, booking, visits and payment outcomes across them.
Who owns the data?
We design on the principle that data produced at the clinic's own patient touchpoints stays under the clinic's control. The exact processing scope, permissions, export and retention are written into the contract and the privacy documents.
How is this different from platform ad conversions?
FASXIA does not stop at the conversions an ad platform reports for itself. It joins first-party visits, identified patients, bookings, visits and EMR revenue, then evaluates the campaign on that.
Does it support international patient inquiries?
Multilingual web content, messaging channels, AI-assisted answers to repeat questions and staff handoff are in product scope and in operation. The channels and languages actually supported are confirmed against production status at the time of onboarding.
Which clinics is it for?
It fits cash-pay clinics that acquire patients across several channels, run a counseling team of more than one person, and see a meaningful share of international patients. It is designed for clinics that already run an EMR or CRM but cannot read actual visits and payments by channel.
How does onboarding proceed?
We start with a short diagnosis of what you run today. Then we connect the web, ad, consultation and EMR data, confirm the first insight together, and move on to actions you can repeat. Early implementations are run hands-on by the FASXIA team.
Make every clinic operable on its own data.
FASXIA takes its name from fascia, the tissue that connects the structures of the body. We connect the patient touchpoints, data, work and transactions scattered across a clinic into one operating system.
We are building the AI and financial infrastructure for cash-pay healthcare — the operating system that connects a clinic's operations to its finance.
See how your patient journey connects to revenue.
We design the rollout around the website and the EMR you run today.
